Course Information

This testing is only for athletes who registered their interest in having CRY screening at the Performance Assessment weekend 2018.

The testing will be held in the same building as the education sessions on Saturday 14th April, and in Michael Pearson East, 1 Oakwood Drive, LE11 3QF (also on University campus) on Sunday 15th April. 

You will automatically be allocated in a slot on either Saturday or Sunday, this will be sent to you in due course. 

You will need to bring the signed medical questionnaire and consent form with you to the screening otherwise you will not be able to take part.
